Sides has become part of larger group

On the 1st of June, Sides merged with Nudrill and Gorey & Cole to become part of a larger Specialist Drilling group. This merger has been facilitated by joining forces with Ironbridge Capital, a leading Australian private equity investor.

Under the current terms Sides will continue as a distinct operating entity within the enlarged group, with existing Management and employees continuing their focus on delivering outstanding results for customers.

The expanded group will be able to share resources, equipment and technology that will enhance Sides ability to service our customers, and we will be introducing an extensive training and development program to ensure that the group delivers a consistently high level of performance and safety.

Most importantly, joining forces with Ironbridge will create an expanded group that has access to capital that will allow us to expand our fleet to meet the growing requirements of our customers.
