A mining engineer with over ten years experience in commercial management in underground and surface gold, nickel and coal mining sectors in Australia, Indonesia and the construction sector in the United Kingdom. Graham has spent the last four years with Sides Engineering Pty Ltd as the Contracts Manager and then Commercial Director before completing the merger with Australian Drilling Solutions.


Jim Polizos
Director – Operations & Business Development
A qualified Mechanic with over 25 years experience in the drilling industry and running small to medium companies. Jim was previously the General Manager and Managing Director.


Chris Pugsley
Project Support Manager
With over 25 years experience in the drilling industry, Chris is responsible for providing day to day operational support to all site teams, including procurement, logistics and coordination of field maintenance support.


Carolyn Southouse
Administration Manager
Qualified in bookkeeping and business administration, Carolyn has extensive small to medium business experience. Carolyn is responsible for accounts payable & receivable, tax, payroll and administration support.


Kevin Boatwood
Project Manager & Senior Barge Master
A National Class 3 Driller and Barge Master with over 30 years of experience in the drilling industry. Kevin’s expertise is in the area of large diameter hammer drilling for construction/foundations and marine geotechnical programmes. Kevin is also certified in the operation of Blow out Prevention equipment and fulfils the statutory role of BOP certified Tool pusher on the company’s energy drilling programmes.


John Hamilton
Project Manager
A National Class 3 Driller and also holds a certificate 3 in water well and mineral exploration. John’s expertise is in the area of deep hammer drilling programmes and mud programmes. John was responsible for drilling the pilot holes for the raise bores at the Telfer mine in 2000 and was also responsible for drilling the anchors at Canning, Warragamba, Narrawa and Lake Manchester.


Peter Freeman
Project Manager
A National Class 3 Driller with over 45 years experience in the drilling industry. Peter's expertise is in the area of deep mud drilling programmes and is responsible for delivering some of the larger technically challenging programmes the company is requested to complete.


Roger Stump
Project Manager & Senior Barge Master
A Barge Master and Class 3 driller with over 20 years experience in the drilling industry including working as the company's operations manager during the 80s when the company had a fleet of over 40 rigs working around Australia and Indonesia.
